The apartament and the de Lux suite have a Tub. The other rooms has a shower. Only the Double Room with a balcony has the private bathroom outside the room.

you can use the shuttle bus till Piazzale Roma then take waterbus line n. 1. the nearest stop is San Stae. Or from Piazzale Roma you have 15 minutes by foot.

Yes of course. However, since the rooms are also sanitized with ozone, the room may not be ready. In this case you can leave your bags in our luggage storage and then they will be brought by the staff as soon as the room is ready.

The rooms and the apartment are on the first floor. There are 15 steps. Currently only the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator.

In the apartment with canal view there is a full kitchen with a Fridge. In the Appartamento Corte there is a kitchnette with a normal Fridge.

No, unfortunately we do not have adequate space for breakfast, outside the room with the actual health situation. In the room, however, you will find a kettle with tea and instant coffee. Within 50 meters from us there are 3 bars open all year round.

We have 2 small apartments with 1 double bed and 2 single beds each, One double room and One room with on double and 2 single beds.

we like your place but im thinking 2 married couples are all staying in the same room. we want a kitchen and privacy for sleeping. I see you have a sofa bed but often they don't sleep well unless they are airbeds. please respond as our original reserver

The sofa bed is certainly not comfortable with a normal bed and I don't recommend it for sleeping for two.

My rialto Palace is 1,1 km from railway station, and you can arrive by foot or by public waterbus n° 1 at the stop San Stae. We don't provide any transportation sorry.

Can I check in at 10.30 at night 13thJune for 2 nites. is there an extra fee ? I think you were confused and thought I meant 10.30 morning.

No problem, if you need someone in person, there is an extra fee, but you arrive, take your keys form a box, following our instructions. you will have no additional payment.

Very old s d historic building and decor with some quirky items . Small balcony overlooking the canal was great
Only given 2 paper cups for use with kettle …. Some mugs and proper glasses would have been lovely

Value for money!
It is worth booking this room for the location & balcony alone. The view over the canal is excellent, you can sit and watch gondolas pass beneath you. The location is brilliant - really central and just 5 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. The room has air con which was an absolute life saver in the July heat. Really impressed with this room for the price!
The bedroom is across the hall from the private bathroom which was fine for us - but may not be ideal for others.

Exceptional
Location, location, location. It is in the middle of P. Roma and San Marco and the area was quiet. Monica was very helpful. She gave us directions. The room is massive and the mattresses were comfortable. There is a canal view over the window. We would definitely recommend this place. Family of 4 here with 2 teenagers.
