The apartament and the de Lux suite have a Tub. The other rooms has a shower. Only the Double Room with a balcony has the private bathroom outside the room.

you can use the shuttle bus till Piazzale Roma then take waterbus line n. 1. the nearest stop is San Stae. Or from Piazzale Roma you have 15 minutes by foot.

In the apartment with canal view there is a full kitchen with a Fridge. In the Appartamento Corte there is a kitchnette with a normal Fridge.

We have 2 small apartments with 1 double bed and 2 single beds each, One double room and One room with on double and 2 single beds.

we like your place but im thinking 2 married couples are all staying in the same room. we want a kitchen and privacy for sleeping. I see you have a sofa bed but often they don't sleep well unless they are airbeds. please respond as our original reserver

The sofa bed is certainly not comfortable with a normal bed and I don't recommend it for sleeping for two.

My rialto Palace is 1,1 km from railway station, and you can arrive by foot or by public waterbus n° 1 at the stop San Stae. We don't provide any transportation sorry.

Can I check in at 10.30 at night 13thJune for 2 nites. is there an extra fee ? I think you were confused and thought I meant 10.30 morning.

No problem, if you need someone in person, there is an extra fee, but you arrive, take your keys form a box, following our instructions. you will have no additional payment.

Ubicación excelente
La amplitud de la habitación y sobre todo la ubicación tan magnífica , en plano centro a 8 m andando de la plaza de San Marco .
A destacar las camas , muy incómodas y blandas , una de ellas casi se clavaban los muelles .

CÉNTRICO Y CÓMODO
Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del puente del Rialto. Es un palacete que tiene varios alojamientos. El nuestro fue para 4 personas, buena calefacción, cama grande cómoda, las dos individuales para mis hijos, algo menos cómodas, teniendo en cuenta que ellos son altos, sábanas de calidad , baño nuevo, tiene una pequeña cocina para prepararte desayunos o algo rápido de comer. Buena atención de Mónica. Estancia estupenda
Eche de menos un microondas para calentar y lamparitas en las mesillas pero en general estuvimos muy agusto

Ubicación excelente. Diría inmejorable. Casa antigua al lado de un canal y varios restaurantes. Buen tamaño el apartamento y cocina equipada. Muy recomendable
El cuarto de baño. La ducha era incómoda. Sin soporte para la ducha ni cortina o mampara
